Our founder, Dimetrius Anderson, began this journey from humble beginnings, growing up as a minority in a low-income community, where video games open up his world of possibilities. Driven by a desire to rise above his circumstances, he joined the military, where he first learned the principles of resiliency and personal development. Over the next 10 years, Dimetrius honed his leadership and mentorship skills, while pursing education and social commitment. Through his experiences, Dimetrius witnessed the challenges of balancing mental, physical, and social well-being, especially in high-pressure environments. This deep understanding and his passion for helping others inspired the creation of Tani—a gamified platform designed to make personal development not just achievable, but enjoyable and rewarding for everyone.
